***UNIQUE DESIGN and DIMENSIONS*** All pieces are designed and/or handmade by me. Not all beads are the same size so some variations in dimensions can be expected. In case of a necklace, length can vary between 0.5-1.5 cm. If you need precise measures, please leave a comment in the customization box.
*** TURN-AROUND TIME *** Most of my design are made-to-order. Please allow 6-9 business days for custom made designs. This can change during peak season. Please check my home page for updates.
***GEMSTONES*** Note that natural gemstones are created by nature in a unique way, hence a small variation in the design should be expected. Natural gems extracted from the earth are proven to have healing properties, however I do not advertise gemstones healing or spiritual properties dues to increasing production of imitation stones. While the number of fake stones on the market is growing, and the authenticity of the stone can be verified only in a professional lab, I prefer to source my gemstones in well-established stores, preferably those that have the means necessary for a proper quality control and value their reputation. I trust that the material I purchase is genuine. More information about gemstones authenticity can be read in my blog on my web.
***METALS*** A wide variety of quality and types of metal alloys and techniques exist on the market today, the price or the metals vary greatly upon their quality. As a general rule, there is no metal, except real gold or silver, that doesn't tarnish or changes color over time, the question is only: when? However, there are pretty good quality metals that can last for at least 5-6 years with a daily usage. We are choosing premium quality metals and we are constantly testing it over time. The tarnishing point of each metal piece may vary on a lot of factors, like humidity in your area, your body pH, composition of your beauty products and how long it was in the water. If you would like to enjoy them longer, I recommend to limit their exposure to humidity and chemicals. Find more information about this in my blog
***MY SUPPLIERS*** In order to have more control over the quality of the materials, I carefully select my supplies in USA, mostly at local stores or shows, I prefer to personally see what I buy, and I choose premium material over cheaper ones whenever it is possible. *** WARRANTY and RETURNS*** I strive to create lasting jewelry; I'm testing for sturdiness every piece. If my workmanship hasn't been excellent and it broke, I'm happy to repair it during your first 3 months. Just send it back to me and I'll return it to you after the repair. I accept returns and offer full refund on pieces that were damaged during the shipment, if you return them within 7 days, **with the conditions that they have their tag on**, with the exception of earrings (for hygiene reason) and jewelry made with your personal customization, outside of the options offered. If the item is not damaged and you just changed your mind and would like to return it, I will gladly take it back, and refund the amount you paid subtracting the shipping cost and fees.
